Terms, Conditions and Tips 

All tariffs are on per night basis and are in Indian rupees.
Regular Package with Jungle Cottages for 02 Persons on Double Sharing - Rs 2400/- 01 Night Only.
Regular Package with River View Cottages for 02 Persons on Double Sharing - Rs 2999/- 01 Night Only.
Extra Person sharing same room 80% of the Packge cost.
Jungle Cottages for 02 Persons on Double Sharing per Day On Room Only basis - Rs 1600/-.

River View Cottages for 02 Persons on Double Sharing per Day On Room Only basis - Rs 2200/-.
Extra Bed @ Rs 450/- per Night.
Child between 0 - 5 yrs is free without extra bed.
Extra bed for a child between 5-12 years of age will be charged:
sharing same room with the parents 30% of the Packge cost.(60% in case of two nights)

Children above 12 yrs are treated as adults sharing same room 40% of the Packge cost.
(80% in case of two nights)

These rates are not applicable on 25th Dec-2 Jan every year.

Entry and Guide fee for the SAFARI to be paid by guest directly at the gate.
Please furnish your Identification details min. 20 Days in advance, package with safari.
All the Discounts and Add-on and Taxes to be calculated on Regular Package price i.e. Rs. 2400/- and Rs 2999/- respectively.
Guest can request change for Air-Conditioned Cottages ( only two in numbers), subjest to availabity, however as a eco-friendly resort we dont encourage usage of air-conditioners, at an extra cost.
Tour cost will include only the services specified and any extra services that the client may desire will have to be paid for directly.
Tour cost does not include personal or incidental expenses, personal insurance, laundry,phone calls, tips, evacuation charges, camera fee etc.
We will not be responsible for Any loss, damage, accident to any luggage and property during the trip.
These trips, packages and places are for people who enjoy the out doors and are well aware of the limitations of the outdoors & remote areas and we at Corbett Camp have cottages with all the modern gadgets, but being an eco friendly resort please dont come with the expectation of television or airconditioner in your rooms.
All the Multi day safaris tour the cost will be calculated on 1 USD = 50 INR irrespective of the market exchange rate and all the payment will be received in INR only.

CANCELLATION and REFUND

Less than 15 days before the arrival date - no refund
Less than 20 days before the arrival date - 60% refund of Room and Food
Less than 25 days before the arrival date - 75% refund of Room and Food
No refund in case of road block, accident, no show, early check-out etc.etc..
